Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for standard products in their original, unused condition. Custom-designed cards and personalized items may have different return policies due to their unique nature.
Due to the personalized nature of custom-designed handmade cards, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure satisfaction before production.
If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund, including return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We are happy to exchange items for different designs or sizes, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
